As most of you know, we did things a little differently this year for Christmas. Santa Claus sent us money for our family to get annual passes to Disneyland, instead of bringing lots of gifts on Christmas morning. We all agreed beforehand that we would do this. So, the week before Christmas, we drove to California for our fun Christmas gift! The drive down was okay, we only had to stay in Barstow for a few hours. I-15 was shut down because of a snow storm. By the time we got on the road again, it was slow and go for quite a ways. But, we finally made it! We had a wonderful time! Even the one day spent in the hotel room because of rain was nice. The kids behaved themselves really well. A BIG thanks to Grandma Susie and our good friend Jessica for all the help they gave us with the kids. We're so thankful to you both! And a big thank you to Santa too! We had such a good time, and can't wait to go again at the end of April with Jon, Jill, and cousins Samantha and Kandace!
