Grandma "B's" 94th Birthday

This last week, on Wednesday, January 13th, my Grandma "B" turned 94 years old. She's quite the grandma and we love her. She has a funny sense of humor (she tells some funny jokes), and is very independent (sometimes REALLY independent). I have great memories of times spent with her, my favorite ones are sleeping over at her house and her playing Connect Four with me, and also when she took me, Greg and Jon on the train to Washington to visit my Uncle Larry and cousins Nikkole, Heather and Tristan. That was such a fun adventure, and I'm so grateful for all the things she has done for me and my family. Currently, she is living with my oldest brother Greg and his family while my parents are on their mission. She loves Coke and treats, going out eat and she sends cards to people for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and every other chance she gets. She has owned and operated "Berrett's Blossoms" flower shop for a good portion of her life. She is the only surviving child out of four sisters (and their husbands), and she was the oldest child! She's a great grandma and I'm so happy that my kids have the chance to know how great she is! Happy Birthday Grandma! We love you!

Greg and Melinda hosted a birthday dinner/party for Grandma and Larry at their house. We had Polenta, which is an Italian food that our Italian family loves. My grandma is from Italy and it's a favorite family dinner. Here are some more pictures of the party:
